The outdoor pool area is quite refreshing.

The hot tub was filled in with cement, which was really disappointing since I specifically chose this hotel for that amenity. Additionally, the bathtub in my room was rusted and the water wouldn’t drain, leaving me standing in water while trying to take a shower. I also had to make multiple trips back and forth to carry in my luggage because there were no carts available.

The front door sensors were faulty, causing security issues and making it difficult to feel safe.

The room offered generous amenities, and the staff's professionalism made for a smooth check-in experience. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and the pleasant atmosphere during breakfast.

Seriously, front door sensors failing means security is a joke!!! Plus, a hot tub filled with cement? No luggage carts means you're hauling your bags like a pack mule!!! Get it together!!!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds. The suite was clean, quiet, and had nice rooms. I appreciated that the beds were comfortable. The staff offered easy access to the highway. Breakfast selection was adequate. 😊

i recently stayed at comfort suites and enjoyed the easy access to the highway. the bed was really comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after a long day. the staff was quick with check-in and even handed us cold water, which was a nice touch. those little things added to the experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Just a perfect match for a quick layover in Pecos with excellent value for money. I woke up to a very clean room, and the friendly staff made sure I had everything I needed. Check that your room is bed bug free, it's worth it.

Wi-Fi was great, and I loved the indoor pool, but the reception staff were unhelpful.

The room had a private bathroom, cable channels, and a desk. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator as they made it easy to store snacks. The fitness center was nice too, but it could use more sun loungers by the pool. Breakfast was limited, but decent with some hot options like scrambled eggs and sausage.
